This post is to show exactly what I have said to a lot of people and what most of us think about apple “re-inventing” video calling. It’s been arround for ages so its really interesting to hear Steve say in the keynote on the iPhone 4:
“I grew up (…) dreaming about video calling… and… it’s real now!”
Well yes indeed it’s real as it has been for a long long time. I’m not saying it’s not cool but it’s just funny to hear them talk about something that already many years ago like they’ve invented it. Maybe now people will really use this function now that apple has re-invented it. But well! The iPhone has some great features, but this is not one.
